Can coffee cause stroke?

My blood pressure has been a bit high lately, and my doctor told me to be careful. I drink coffee daily, and I'm worried if it could be a risk. Can coffee cause a stroke?

No, moderate coffee doesn't cause strokes, but high blood pressure does. Keep your blood pressure checked regularly.

There are many misleading articles online linking coffee to strokes, but scientific research actually shows moderate intake is safe. Don't trust random internet claims or self-diagnose. Verify your risk factors, like hypertension, directly with a qualified doctor.

I agree with the doctors here, normal coffee intake is generally safe. Just focus on keeping your cholesterol and BP levels in check with annual health checkups.

A healthy vegetarian diet rich in antioxidants, whole grains, and minimal oil is the best way to prevent cardiovascular issues. Coffee in moderation is fine, but focus on lowering your salt and processed fat intake to keep your blood vessels healthy.

Stroke risk is mostly connected to high blood pressure, diabetes, and smoking, not your daily cup of coffee. Live a balanced life, go for a daily 30-minute walk, and don't stress over small things. Enjoy your coffee in moderation!
