Can coconut oil heal cavities?

I've heard some people say that oil pulling with coconut oil can improve dental health. But can it actually 'heal' or reverse existing cavities, or is that just a myth?

No way, bro. Coconut oil might be good for general oral hygiene, but it cannot reverse a physical hole in your tooth. I tried all these home remedies and ended up needing a painful root canal. Just go to a dentist.

I tried oil pulling with coconut oil for my tooth pain last year. While it made my mouth feel clean and reduced the mild ache temporarily, it definitely did not heal my cavity. I eventually had to go to a dentist for a filling.

Oil pulling can be a good addition to your daily routine, like a morning walk for overall fitness. But it won't magically rebuild tooth enamel once a cavity forms. Keep up your active lifestyle and visit a dentist for proper treatment.

Beta, nariyal tel munh ki safai ke liye bahut achha hai, par jab daanth mein keeda lag jaye toh woh apne aap theek nahi hota. Ek baar shahar ke doctor babu ko dikha lo, woh daanth theek kar denge.

Putra, oil pulling with nariyal tel is very good for keeping the gums healthy and mouth clean. But once a cavity has formed in the tooth, only a dentist can clean and fill it. Don't rely solely on home remedies for decay.

I hope your tooth pain gets better soon. Coconut oil is helpful for fresh breath, but unfortunately, it cannot heal existing cavities. Please take care and see a dentist for proper care.
