Can chronic kidney disease improve?

A few months back, I found out I have chronic kidney disease. I'm trying to make lifestyle changes and follow my doctor's advice. Is it possible for the condition to improve, or does it only get worse over time?

I totally get it, dealing with a chronic diagnosis can feel so overwhelming and scary. While the actual damage to the kidneys usually cannot be fully reversed, you can definitely improve your overall health and stop the disease from getting worse. Remaining positive and taking small daily steps makes a big difference.

Haan yaar, kidney damage completely thik toh nahi hota, but you can definitely manage it very well na. My uncle started strictly controlling his blood pressure and salt intake, and his kidney function has been stable for years now. Just follow the doctor's routine properly.

Honestly, staying up late researching kidney stages at 3 AM is not going to help it improve! Yes, you can't magically cure it, but keeping your blood pressure under control and skipping the midnight salty snacks can keep it from worsening. Go get some sleep and talk to your nephrologist.

I was reading about this recently and found out that while chronic kidney disease is considered permanent, kidney function can sometimes show slight improvements if an underlying issue, like acute dehydration or a temporary infection, is resolved. It really depends on what is causing the flare-up.

I tried many herbal powders and juices hoping to cure my family member's kidney issue, but practically speaking, none of them worked and some even increased creatinine. The best way to improve your situation is strictly following the doctor's medicine and keeping a low-salt, low-potassium diet.

Don't lose heart, alright? While the kidneys might not go back to 100% normal, you can absolutely stabilize the condition and live a very active, comfortable life. Focus on keeping your diabetes and blood pressure under strict check, and stay in regular touch with your specialist.

In our family, we always emphasize eating simple, home-cooked food to support our health. While my father's doctor explained that chronic kidney disease doesn't fully reverse, his overall energy and kidney stability improved greatly with proper medicine and a low-protein diet. Do trust your doctor's plan.
