Can chiropractors help with back pain?

I've had chronic lower back pain for years, and physical therapy hasn't helped much. A colleague recommended seeing a chiropractor. Can chiropractors effectively help with long-standing back pain?

They can sometimes provide temporary relief for muscular stiffness or minor joint issues. However, for chronic back pain, a doctor's advice, physiotherapy, and an MRI are much safer to rule out any disc issues before anyone touches your spine.

I know how frustrating back pain can be, as I spent months trying carom seed compresses and herbal ointments. Chiropractic adjustments gave me a bit of relief once, but the pain came back. Gentle daily stretches and keeping your posture right actually work much better in the long run.

Look, chiropractic can be quite expensive and isn't always a permanent solution. For everyday back pain, simple things like checking your office chair, doing daily back extension exercises, and avoiding lifting heavy weights are much more practical and cost-effective.

I hope your back pain gets better soon. While some people do find quick relief with chiropractors, it is always a good idea to speak with your regular family doctor first to make sure it is safe for you.

Beta, hamare yahan toh log dhyan se seedhe baithne aur garm paani se sek karne ko kehte hain. Yeh chiropractic ka hume zyada samajh nahi aata aur thoda dar bhi lagta hai. Aap pehle kisi bade hospital ke daktar sahab se pooch lo.
