Can celsius cause heart attack?

My friends and I sometimes drink Celsius energy drinks before workouts to get a boost. Someone at the gym was saying these drinks are really bad for your heart. Is there any truth to claims that energy drinks like Celsius can cause heart attacks?

High caffeine energy drinks like Celsius can definitely spike your heart rate and blood pressure, which isn't safe if you have underlying heart issues. Instead of relying on energy drinks, I prefer starting my day with a brisk 30-minute walk once the doctor clears you for exercise. Natural stamina is always safer.

Honestly, drinking Celsius feels like putting jet fuel in a Maruti 800! If your heart starts racing like it's running a marathon while you are just sitting on the sofa, it's a sign to put down the can. Stick to normal nimbu paani and keep your heart happy!

Hey, I tried Celsius once before a workout and my heart was beating so fast I got genuinely scared. While a direct heart attack might be rare unless you have an existing condition, the heavy caffeine is definitely not good for everyone. It's much safer to stick to mild home-brewed black coffee.

I completely understand why you are asking this, because heart anxiety is so real and terrifying. When your heart starts pounding after drinking these high-caffeine drinks, it feels exactly like a panic attack or worse. Your feelings are totally valid, and it's best to avoid these drinks just to keep your peace of mind.

I actually had to go to the clinic last month because I had two cans of Celsius in one day and felt severe chest tightness and palpitations. The doctor told me the extreme caffeine load was putting too much stress on my heart. I’ve completely cut out energy drinks now and feel so much better.

Please be very careful with these drinks. I had severe arrhythmia issues because of abusing high-caffeine supplements in the past. If you are experiencing any chest pain, shortness of breath, or dizziness after drinking it, please don't wait and consult a cardiologist immediately.
