Can cbd cause nausea and vomiting?

My friend started taking CBD oil for her anxiety, but she mentioned feeling a bit uneasy and even threw up once. I was thinking of trying it for my chronic back pain, so I'm wondering if these side effects are common, especially nausea and vomiting.

Honestly, if your stomach is feeling upset after taking it, just take a break from any heavy workouts. I usually just stick to a light 15-minute walk in the fresh air if my doc says it's fine, it really helps settle the nausea. Don't push your body too hard when you are feeling pukish.

Mere saath bhi aisa hua tha when I tried a new brand. I stopped it immediately and did some gentle deep breathing exercises to calm my stomach. Try doing some slow pranayama in a quiet room, it really relaxes the nervous system and eases that vomiting sensation.

Look, if it's messing with your stomach, it's going to ruin your whole workday. I tried it once for stress but the constant nausea made it impossible to focus on meetings. Better to just drop it and talk to a professional instead of wasting time waiting for it to suit you.

I was actually thinking of starting this for my sleep issues, but now I am thoda scared. Does the nausea happen to everyone who tries it? Please let me know if there is any safe way to take it without getting sick.

I actually tracked my symptoms on my health app last month and noticed my nausea spiked right after taking those drops. It's definitely a known side effect for some people. Better to check with your doc and maybe log your dosage to see if a lower limit works better.

Yes, it actually can cause stomach irritation and vomiting in some people, especially if taken on an empty stomach or if the quality is poor. I always tell people to stop using it immediately if they start vomiting. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and consult your doctor.
