Can cannabis help nerve pain?

I've been dealing with chronic nerve pain for years now, and the medicines only help so much. I read somewhere that cannabis can help nerve pain. Is this a viable option for pain management, or just alternative medicine talk?

Nerve pain is so scary, I always worry it might be something serious like a slipped disc or neuropathy. What if cannabis worsens the numbness or interacts with other pills? Honestly, I would definitely get a proper diagnosis first just to be safe.

For nerve pain, gentle stretching and daily pranayama like Anulom Vilom have helped me relax the nervous system naturally. Cannabis might only mask the pain temporarily. A calm mind and light movement can bring much steadier relief.

Don't blindly trust online claims about cannabis being a miracle cure for nerve pain. Everyone's body reacts differently, and most of these articles are just hype. Always verify with an actual neurologist before putting anything in your body.

A warm compress or a light massage with sesame oil sometimes helps soothe mild nerve stiffness at home. However, if your pain is sharp, shooting, or making you feel weak, please skip the home remedies and consult a doctor immediately.

With my PCOS, I get all sorts of weird aches and inflammation, so I understand wanting quick relief. But I'm always scared to try untested things. Nerve issues can be complicated, so it is better to discuss this safely with a specialist.

Beta, nerve pain often happens due to weak circulation or lack of nutrients. Drinking warm turmeric milk and keeping the area warm can help. Do not rely on foreign trends like cannabis; seek proper advice from a Vaidya or a doctor.

Before spending thousands on expensive alternative oils or cannabis products, it's better to invest that money in a proper MRI or nerve conduction test. Getting a clear diagnosis from a doctor first will save you a lot of money in the long run.
