Can cannabis help diabetes?

My father has type 2 diabetes, and it's been hard to control his sugar levels. A neighbour told us that cannabis might help diabetes. Is there any truth to this, or is it just a rumour?

Honestly, I tried it a while back hoping it would magically fix my fasting sugar levels. It did absolutely nothing for my diabetes, just made me super hungry and lazy. Better to stick to real advice and avoid these short cuts, bro.

I looked into this because managing diabetes with a 9-to-6 job is exhausting. Actually, there's no solid proof that cannabis controls blood sugar, and self-medicating is a huge waste of time. Focus on regular testing and proper consultations instead.

For diabetes, managing your carbohydrate intake and daily movement is key. Relying on cannabis won't do much, and the munchies can actually wreck your diet goals. Try adding light weight training and brisk walking to your routine first.

Please do not experiment with these things. I tried alternative stuff for my diabetes before and ended up with severe nerve pain because my sugars spiked. Go to a proper diabetologist and get your HbA1c checked immediately.

Hello friend, I see this question being asked quite often here. While some say it helps with pain, there is no scientific evidence that it cures or manages diabetes itself. It is always safest to manage your sugar with proper doctor-approved steps.

Hey, I totally get why you're looking for different options, diabetes can be so frustrating to deal with daily. But honestly, cannabis isn't a reliable solution for this. Small changes in our daily food and stress management work way better.

Oh god, if I try cannabis, the munchies will make me eat a whole box of gulab jamuns! That is the last thing anyone with diabetes needs, trust me. Better to avoid it and stick to sugar-free treats when the sweet cravings hit.

As someone who has been tracking my blood sugar daily for 10 years, I can tell you there is no magic plant. Even a tiny change in diet affects my levels. Stick to portion control and follow your doctor's prescription strictly.

I can only speak for myself here. I used cannabis recreationally for a bit, but it had zero impact on my daily blood glucose readings. I didn't see any improvement, so I just stuck to my regular routine.

My doctor at the hospital always says that managing diabetes requires evidence-based medicine. You should ask your doctor directly about this instead of trying it on your own. They can run the right blood tests and guide you safely.

I always get so anxious reading about alternative treatments because what if they react badly with your regular meds? Please be very careful with this. It's much safer to talk to your doctor before trying anything new, don't take any risks.

Beta, these modern trends are not safe for serious health issues. For sugar control, eating bitter gourd, methi seeds, and keeping a check on your wheat intake is far better. Do not run after these things, focus on clean ghar ka khana.
