Can cancer be cured by radiotherapy?

My uncle is undergoing radiotherapy for his cancer. We are all very worried. I want to know if radiotherapy can completely cure cancer, or if it only helps manage it.

My sister went through radiotherapy for her breast cancer five years ago and she is completely healthy and cancer-free today. Yes, radiotherapy can cure cancer, especially when detected early. Just trust your oncologist, maintain a good diet, and stay strong.

I studied this in biology recently. Radiotherapy is actually one of the main ways to destroy cancer cells, sometimes on its own or with chemo. It really depends on the stage and type of cancer, so only the specialist can tell the exact success rate.

Medical science has advanced so much, and radiotherapy has saved many lives. While undergoing such heavy medical treatments, practicing gentle pranayama and maintaining a calm mind can help the body heal and tolerate the side effects better. Have faith.

Please do not search for cancer cure rates on random internet forums. Every cancer case, stage, and patient body is completely different. Only a qualified oncologist can tell you if radiotherapy is the right curative option for your specific case.
