Can caffeine cause heart attack or stroke?

I usually have about 3-4 cups of strong chai daily to stay active and focused. I've heard conflicting things about caffeine and its effects on the heart and brain. Can regular caffeine consumption really lead to a heart attack or a stroke?

Arre, normal daily tea or coffee won't give you a heart attack or stroke. But if you have high blood pressure and you're abusing caffeine pills or energy drinks, you are putting your blood vessels under major stress. Be smart and keep it within limits.

Hamare yahan toh sabhi log subah shaam badhiya chai peete hain aur swasth rehte hain. Itna chinta mat kariye, bas bahut zyada mat pijiye. Agar dil me koi takleef mehsoos ho toh turant doctor babu ko dikhayein.

My son used to drink way too many energy drinks during his college exams, and his heart started beating very fast. I was so scared of any heart emergency, so I made him stop and switch to fresh nimbu paani. Please guide your family to avoid high-caffeine drinks.

At 50, even climbing stairs fast makes me worry about my heart! But my doctor laughed and said my morning chai isn't going to cause a stroke. Just watch your blood pressure and cholesterol levels, those are the real troublemakers.

I live for my morning coffee and evening snacks! Honestly, moderate caffeine is totally fine. It's the high cholesterol from all the fried food and zero exercise that actually causes heart attacks, not your simple cup of coffee.

Keep a calm mind and do not let fear take over. A couple of cups of tea or coffee in a day is a simple pleasure and generally harmless. Just keep a balanced lifestyle, eat clean food, and trust that you are doing fine.

High doses of caffeine can disturb the natural rhythm of your heart and cause stress to the nervous system. Doing calm pranayama like Anulom Vilom daily can help keep your blood pressure stable. Of course, always follow your doctor's advice for serious health conditions.

From a clinical perspective, standard caffeine consumption does not cause heart attacks or strokes in healthy individuals. However, since caffeine increases blood pressure temporarily, people with severe hypertension or heart disease must limit their intake. Always seek immediate medical help if you experience chest pain or sudden numbness.
