Can caffeine cause heart attack?

A family history of heart problems runs in my family, and I also enjoy my morning tea and coffee. My relative told me that too much caffeine can increase the risk of a heart attack. Is this something I should be seriously worried about?

My father's cardiologist at Medanta clearly said that normal coffee consumption doesn't cause a heart attack. However, if you already have underlying heart issues or clogged arteries, huge amounts of caffeine can be risky. Always consult a proper doctor to evaluate your heart health.

Internet forums are full of people claiming coffee is poison. In reality, unless you are gulping down 10 energy drinks a day, normal coffee or tea won't cause a heart attack. Stop reading random medical blogs and get your advice from a real doctor.

I used to drink three double espressos a day and my heart started racing like crazy, which totally freaked me out. I got my heart checked and the doc said it was just palpitations from caffeine overload, not a heart attack. I cut down immediately.

I track my heart rate on my smartwatch, and it definitely spikes after a strong coffee. While coffee itself doesn't cause a heart attack for healthy folks, keeping track of your resting heart rate is a good habit. If you ever feel chest pain, go to the hospital immediately.

No, moderate caffeine doesn't cause a heart attack in healthy people, but extreme overdosing can raise your blood pressure dangerously.

Humein lagta hai har cheez sima me honi chahiye. Humare yahan toh sab subah shaam ek cup chai peete hain aur sab theek hain. Zyada garmi karne wali cheezein shareer ke liye acchi nahi hoti, bas thoda dhyan rakhein.

I totally panicked last year when my chest felt tight after drinking two energy drinks. I ran to the emergency room, but all my tests were completely normal. It was just a panic attack triggered by caffeine. Just stay calm and reduce your intake.

Drinking warm herbal tea like ginger or mint is much gentler on the body than too much strong coffee. However, if you are experiencing any chest pain, tightness, or breathlessness, please do not rely on home tips. Go to a hospital immediately.

Please try not to worry. Normal tea or coffee is generally safe and won't harm your heart. Just keep your intake moderate and take care of your health.

I love my filter coffee way too much to believe this! Jokes aside, normal caffeine intake is perfectly safe. Just don't combine heavy coffee with high-stress lifestyles and fatty junk food, because those habits are what actually hurt your heart.
