Can buldak noodles give you cancer?

Eating Buldak noodles has become a regular thing for me, maybe 2-3 times a week. I saw some news online that it might be linked to cancer because of the ingredients. Should I be concerned about eating these noodles so frequently?

No yaar, they don't actually cause cancer. It is just a WhatsApp rumor because they are super spicy. Obviously eating too much processed food is bad, but don't worry, you can enjoy them once in a flat.

There is zero scientific evidence showing Buldak noodles cause cancer. Don't fall for fake internet health scares. If you are having persistent digestive issues, go see a gastroenterologist instead of reading theories online.

Agreed, there is no cancer link. Just make sure to drink plenty of water because the sodium content in those packs is extremely high.

These modern packed foods won't cause cancer, but they are very heavy and spicy for the stomach. If you eat them, make sure to drink some buttermilk or warm milk with fennel seeds later to soothe your stomach. Plain ghar ka khana is always best.

While they don't cause cancer, please be careful with the extreme spice. I ended up with severe gastritis and had to see a doctor after eating them frequently. If you feel any burning pain, please stop eating them and consult a doctor.
