Can botox cause cancer?

I've been thinking about getting Botox for some fine lines. But some things I read online made me hesitant, saying it could cause cancer. Is it true, can Botox cause cancer?

Honestly, I had the exact same worry before getting my first session done! But my doctor explained that cosmetic botox works locally in the muscles and doesn't cause cancer. Just make sure you go to a proper dermatologist and not some cheap local salon.

Let's be clear, there is absolutely no scientific evidence linking botox to cancer. It's been FDA approved and used for decades globally. Just do your research and go to a licensed practitioner instead of stressing over random internet rumors.

Since I already manage thyroid issues, I am always super careful about any treatment and get my regular blood tests done. Botox itself doesn't cause cancer, but you must discuss your complete medical history with your specialist. They will guide you best based on your health profile.

Arre nahi yaar, botox se cancer nahi hota, yeh sab faltu baatein hain. Millions of people get it done every year for wrinkles and even migraines. Bas ainvayi kisi bhi clinic mat chale jana, certified doctor se hi consult karo.

I was literally searching about this last night because I want to get it done for my forehead lines but I am so scared. Has anyone here actually got it done multiple times without any side effects? Pls share if you also had these fears initially.
