I spend most of my day looking at screens for work, and I've heard a lot about blue light recently. My friend said it can be harmful. Can blue light cause cancer?

If blue light caused cancer, all of us scrolling reels at 2 AM would be in big trouble! It might give you dark circles and dry eyes, but you are safe from cancer. Maybe just put the phone down for your eyes' sake.

Bro, don't stress too much about this. Blue light from screens might mess with your sleep cycle, but there is no solid proof it causes cancer. Just put your phone on night mode and sleep peacefully!

First it was mobile towers, now it is screen blue light. Honestly, my eyes get tired and my head hurts after WhatsApp forwards, but cancer is a stretch. Just turn off the screen and talk to your family instead.

Rather than worrying about screen light, focusing on antioxidant-rich organic green vegetables is much better for preventing diseases. There is no clear link between blue light and cancer, so don't stress, just eat clean.

I spend hours looking at food blogs late at night, and honestly, the only real threat of blue light is making me crave mid-night biryani! No science says it causes cancer, so don't worry. Just grab a snack and relax.

I once ignored constant eye strain thinking it was nothing and regretted it when my vision got blurry. While blue light won't cause cancer, you shouldn't ignore eye fatigue. Get a routine eye checkup if you feel strain.

Don't waste money buying expensive blue-light screen protectors or getting unnecessary tests out of fear. Standard scientific reports show no cancer link. Just use the free built-in night shield on your phone.

I used to worry about this a lot because of my long screen hours at work. Actually, blue light can dry out your eyes and affect sleep, but there is no proof of it causing cancer. Try using blue cut glasses for comfort.

Fear is a bigger toxin than any light, my friend. Blue light from phones might disturb your peaceful sleep, but it does not cause cancer. Keep a positive mind, do some evening meditation, and put the screens away.

While blue light does not cause cancer, excessive screen time can lead to severe sleep disorders and chronic eye strain. If you are experiencing persistent headaches or sleep issues, please consult a medical professional for guidance.

There is no proof that screen light causes cancer. The simple, free solution for dry eyes is to follow the 20-20-20 rule: look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds, every 20 minutes. It saves your eyes and your peace of mind.

Instead of worrying about blue light, getting an evening walk in nature is a much better way to reset your circadian rhythm. Screen light won't cause cancer, but sedentary lifestyle will definitely harm you. Keep moving!

Haan na, log kuch bhi bolte hain internet pe. Screen light se eyes thak jati hain, par cancer thodi hota hai. Night mode on rakha karo bas, tension mat lo faltu ka.

In our days, we didn't have these screens and slept much better, which is true. But there is no need to panic about cancer from screens. It is just modern anxiety, so keep the gadgets away at night and stay calm.

My grandmother always tells me to wash my eyes with cold water to remove screen heat, which is very soothing. However, my doctor clearly told me there is no cancer risk from screens, so we don't need to worry about that.
