Can bloating cause vomiting?

My stomach feels very tight and full when I'm bloated, and occasionally I end up vomiting. I'm trying to understand why this happens. Can bloating alone be severe enough to cause vomiting?

Oh dear, throwing up because of bloating sounds so scary and uncomfortable. I get super worried when my stomach feels tight and I feel nauseous. Please keep yourself hydrated with small sips of water and please see a doctor if it doesn't stop.

Yeah bro, it happened to me after a wedding feast. The bloating was so intense that my stomach just rejected everything and I threw up. It felt much better after that, but definitely get a doc's advice if it keeps happening.

Haan babu, pet me jab bahut zyada hawa aur gas bhar jaati hai, toh ulti ho sakti hai. Aap thoda gunguna pani pijiye aur aaram kijiye. Agar tabiyat zyada kharab lage toh doctor saheb ko dikha lijiye.

Honestly, a heavy plate of biryani and chole bhature sometimes makes my stomach swell like a balloon and ends up causing vomiting. It is the body's way of saying 'no more food please!' Better to keep meals light and simple for a couple of days.

Excess gas pressure inside the abdomen can push things upward and cause vomiting. Don't waste money on expensive remedies; just have simple buttermilk with roasted cumin or see a local doctor if you throw up multiple times.
