Can back pain make you tired?

I've been dealing with constant back pain for months, and I also feel perpetually exhausted, no matter how much I sleep. Could my back pain be the reason I'm always so tired?

Of course it does. Constant chronic pain acts like a battery drain on your system, leaving you completely exhausted by evening. Don't ignore it, get your spine checked by a specialist and fix your posture.

Beta, when the spine is in pain, the whole body's energy is disturbed. Rest is very important; you can drink warm turmeric milk at night to help with inflammation, but do not ignore severe back issues and consult a good doctor.

I tried hot fermentation, pain balms, and even herbal teas, but the constant ache still left me completely wiped out. The body spends so much energy fighting the pain. A warm bath before bed helps a bit, but do consult a doctor.

Yes, chronic pain drains your energy. Sometimes, low vitamin D3 and B12 levels make both the back pain and fatigue much worse. I always make sure to eat a nutrient-rich vegetarian diet, but definitely get your vitamin levels tested as well.

Yeah man, bad back pain totally saps your energy. I couldn't even focus on my lectures because the constant ache just exhausts you. Don't let it linger, go see a physiotherapist, they really help.

My smartband shows my sleep quality drops significantly whenever my back is stiff. You are basically waking up multiple times due to discomfort, which explains the daytime fatigue. Track your sleep patterns and discuss them with your doctor.

I totally get it, carrying that heavy ache in your back all day makes even simple tasks feel like a mountain climb. It is completely normal to feel tired when your body is under stress. Please be gentle with yourself and consult a doctor.

Absolutely, dealing with physical discomfort all day is mentally and physically exhausting. If your doctor allows, gentle daily walking and basic stretching can actually boost your energy levels and help relieve the stiff back.

Bro, I feel like a zombie half the time because I can't find a single comfortable position to sleep in. When your back is killing you, sleep is just a distant dream, so obviously you'll be tired! Get a good doctor to look at it before you lose all your sleep.

I was just reading about this because I feel so sleepy whenever my back hurts. Apparently, pain interferes with deep sleep cycles, so even if you sleep for 8 hours, you wake up tired. Has anyone else felt this way?
