Can back pain cause testicles to hurt?

My lower back has been acting up, and now I'm also feeling a persistent ache in my testicles. It's quite concerning. I'm trying to figure out if my back pain could be making my testicles hurt.

I totally get it, this is a very distressing thing to experience and can make anyone super anxious. Yes, lower back nerve compression is a very common culprit behind this kind of referred pain. Please get checked by a doctor so you can get some relief and sleep peacefully.

Haan na, it is very scary when it suddenly starts hurting there. Actually, the spine nerves go down to the groin area, so back pain can cause this. Better to consult a doc once instead of ignoring it, simple exercises can help a lot.

I went through this and honestly, the mental toll was worse than the physical pain because I kept thinking the worst. It is completely valid to feel scared, but please know that treating the back issue usually resolves the groin pain. Take a deep breath and book an appointment with a doctor.

I am feeling this exact same thing since yesterday after moving some furniture, and I am honestly so freaked out. Did anyone else's pain go away on its own, or did you have to take medicine? I'm planning to see a doc tomorrow.

Beta, the lower back controls many nerves. In our times, we would rest on a firm bed and use warm mustard oil massage on the lower back, but for pain radiating down to sensitive areas, you must not delay seeing a proper specialist. Take plenty of rest.

Bro, yes! I had a bad gym injury and my lower back was wrecked, and suddenly I felt this weird ache down there too. Thought it was something else but doc said it's just a pinched nerve from sitting too much with bad posture. Definitely get it checked.
