Can back cause testicle pain?

I have chronic back pain, and lately, I've also been feeling some pain in one of my testicles. I'm wondering if these two could be connected. Can back problems actually cause pain in the testicles?

Keep your mind positive and do not stress. The nerves of the lower back are deeply connected to the lower body, and a pinch there can cause pain below. Rest your body, stay calm, and seek medical help.

Man, I had this during my exams after sitting on a bad chair for 12 hours straight. I freaked out completely! Turns out my lower back was super tight. A couple of days of resting and changing my posture helped a lot.

I had this exact issue last year. Spent a lot of money on urologists before finding out it was a pinched nerve in L1-L2. My advice: get your spine checked first if you have lower back stiffness along with it.

Yes, nerve compression in the lumbar spine can definitely radiate to the testicle. If your doctor rules out any infection, light walking and core strengthening exercises can help relieve the back pressure over time.

My husband went through this exact scare recently. It was so stressful for him, but the doctor explained that back nerves connect down there. Physical therapy for his back completely cured the pain.

Please don't ignore this. I delayed seeing a doctor thinking it was just a gym pull, but it was a severe herniated disc pressing on my nerve root. If you have any numbness or sudden weakness, go to the hospital immediately.

Bro, don't stress too much! It is very common for back strain to refer pain to that area because of the nervous system. Just get a quick checkup with an ortho to be sure, and avoid lifting heavy weights for now.
