Can artificial sweeteners cause kidney stones?

Main diet sodas aur zero-calorie drinks peeti hoon taki sugar intake kam ho. Par meri mummy ne bola ki artificial sweeteners bhi accha nahi hota. Kya artificial sweeteners se kidney stones ban sakte hain?

I totally get it, trying to stay healthy by avoiding sugar is so hard when you keep hearing about all these scary side effects. While sweeteners aren't a direct cause of kidney stones, being dehydrated is the biggest risk. Please make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day.

I used to chug diet sodas like crazy during my college exams and ended up with a mild kidney ache, though no stone. My doc told me to stop replacing water with diet drinks because the high phosphorus can cause issues. Just stick to normal water, bro.

I had a painful 6mm kidney stone last year and my urologist told me the main culprit was my high salt intake and low water consumption, not the sugar-free drops I put in my tea. Just drink plenty of water, cut down on processed foods, and stop worrying so much.

Babu, ye sab bahaar ki chemical wali cheezein sharir ko nuksan karti hain. Isse achha hai ki aap thoda kam meetha khao, par asli khao. Khoob sara pani piyo aur nimbu pani lijiye, pathri kabhi nahi hogi.

Having PCOS, I have to be really careful about insulin resistance and sugar. I use stevia occasionally, but I always consult my doctor before trying new supplements or sweeteners. There is no clear link to kidney stones, but moderation is always the safest bet.

I log all my meals and water intake on MyFitnessPal and haven't seen any medical research directly linking sweeteners to stones. Most stones are calcium oxalate, which forms due to low hydration or high oxalate foods like spinach. Keep tracking your daily water levels to stay safe!

Haan na, everyone has a different theory about this! My neighbor says diet sodas caused her husband's stones, but actually, they just didn't drink enough water in the summer heat. It is always safe to keep these chemical sweeteners to a minimum, ho na.

As someone managing diabetes, I use sugar substitutes in very limited amounts. I haven't faced kidney stones, but my doctor always tells me to focus on natural stevia and keep my hydration levels very high. Don't overdo the diet drinks, they have other preservatives too.

Hey there! Don't worry too much, sweeteners don't directly cause stones! Just make sure you drink lots of coconut water and keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Stay happy and healthy! 🌸

Haan yaar, log kuch bhi bolte hain aajkal. Sweeteners se direct kidney stone nahi hota, par paani kam peene se zaroor hota hai na. Garmiyon mein dahi ki lassi aur neembu paani piyo, sab theek rahega.

Dekho yaar, seedhi baat hai. Agar din bhar paani nahi piyoge aur sirf diet cola aur chemical piye jaoge, toh kidney me toh problem hogi hi na. Keep it simple—drink plain water and cut down on these artificial powders.

There's no solid scientific link showing artificial sweeteners directly cause kidney stones. It mostly comes down to genetics, high sodium intake, and not drinking enough water. Keep your daily water intake around 3-4 liters and you should be absolutely fine.
