Can arthritis pain raise blood pressure?

Mujhe arthritis ka bahut dard hota hai, aur jab dard zyada hota hai toh mujhe ghabrahat bhi hoti hai. Maine kahin suna tha ki dard se BP badh sakta hai. Kya arthritis ke dard se blood pressure badh sakta hai?

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai. Jab pain bohot zyada hota hai toh body stress mein aa jaati hai, jisse BP temporary badh jata hai na. Pain control karna isliye zaroori hai, so don't ignore it.

It is very common for severe pain to trigger a temporary spike in your blood pressure because of stress hormones. Don't worry too much, but make sure you monitor your BP regularly. Let's get you checked by a doctor so you can manage both comfortably.

I ignored my persistent knee pain for months and during a routine checkup, I was shocked to see my blood pressure was shooting up due to the constant stress and pain. Please don't ignore either of the two. Go get both your pain and BP checked by a proper doctor.

Severe pain disturbs the calm of our nervous system, which naturally leads to a rise in blood pressure. Practicing slow, deep diaphragmatic breathing and 'Anulom Vilom' has personally helped me soothe my mind and keep my BP stable even during painful flare-ups.

Yes, chronic pain definitely acts as a physical stressor that can elevate your heart rate and blood pressure. I track my vitals on my smartwatch and notice a clear spike on my high-pain days. Keeping a digital log of your BP readings can really help your doctor adjust your treatment plan.
