Haan babu, arthritis se hatho me sujan aa jati hai aur ungliya modne me dard hota hai. Humare yahan log ispe thoda garm sikaee karte hain aaram ke liye. Par aap ek baar bade doctor ko zaroor dikha lijiye taki sahi ilaaj shuru ho sake.

Yes, joint swelling in the hands is a primary sign of arthritis. I highly recommend visiting a reputed hospital and getting an anti-CCP or RA factor test. Ask your doctor clearly about what exercises and medicines are safe for your specific condition.

Yes, hand swelling is very common in arthritis. My teenage daughter faced this severe swelling in her fingers making it hard for her to write. We started doing gentle warm-water therapy in the morning as advised by her doctor, which really helps reduce the stiffness.

I was reading about inflammatory arthritis and it said that the immune system attacks the joint lining, which causes fluid buildup and makes hands swell like sausages. It sounds so uncomfortable. Have you noticed if the swelling is worse in the mornings?

I made the mistake of ignoring my swollen fingers for a whole year thinking it was just a minor sprain or allergy. By the time I went to the doctor, some joint damage had already started. Please don't repeat my mistake—get a proper medical checkup right away.

Don't worry, hand swelling is a very typical symptom of arthritis and it can be managed well. Avoid lifting heavy things for a few days to not strain the joints further. Just book an appointment with an ortho and let's get it looked at, okay?

Don't start trying random herbal pastes or massage oils you see on YouTube to cure the swelling. Swollen hand joints can be a sign of rheumatoid arthritis which needs proper medical prescription drugs. Go see a rheumatologist immediately and get it verified.

Yes, fluid accumulation can cause swelling in the delicate joints of the fingers. Gentle movement is key here. I found doing subtle hand movements and 'Sukshma Vyayama' along with deep pranayama helps improve circulation and slowly reduces the puffiness.
