Can arthritis cause headaches?

Mere papa ko arthritis hai aur unhein pichle kuch mahino se aksar sir dard rehta hai. Unhein laga ki yeh stress ki wajah se hai, par maine kahin padha tha ki arthritis se bhi headaches ho sakte hain. Kya yeh sach hai?

When we have arthritis in the neck joints, the stiffness travels upwards and causes tension headaches. Doing gentle neck rotation exercises and basic pranayama like Bhramari daily has significantly reduced my headaches. Please try it very gently.

Yes, cervical arthritis in the neck can absolutely cause referred headaches. It's quite common.

When our body suffers from joint wear and tear, the pain can manifest as headaches due to stress and blocked energy. Keep your mind calm and try to practice peaceful silent sitting for a few minutes daily. Take care of your health.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! It's actually pretty common for neck arthritis to trigger headaches because of all the muscle tension. Just try using a thin pillow and maybe apply some warm gel on your neck, it should help you feel better.

At my age, my neck arthritis is like a built-in weather forecaster that gives me a headache every time the season changes. Joking aside, yes, cervical spondylosis is a major culprit for persistent headaches. A good hot water bag is my best friend now.

My mom has neck arthritis and she gets these crazy headaches behind her ears. She thought it was migraine but the doc said it's actually due to her neck stiffness from arthritis. Bad posture on phone makes it worse for her.
