While arthritis cannot be permanently cured or completely removed, you can definitely manage it and keep it from getting worse. If your doctor allows, doing low-impact exercises like a daily walk or light swimming can strengthen the muscles around your joints and reduce pain significantly. Stay active!

If there was a way to completely delete arthritis from our lives, my grandmother would be doing the bhangra right now! Sadly, you can't just 'remove' it, but with the right medications and a bit of weight management, you can definitely keep it quiet. Don't worry, you can still lead a great life!

Living with arthritis can be very challenging, but please don't lose hope. Even though there is no permanent cure to completely remove it, modern treatments and therapies can help you live a comfortable and active life.

Don't get disheartened by people saying it can't be cured. While it is true that arthritis cannot be entirely removed, you can absolutely control the symptoms with proper medical guidance, physiotherapy, and a good diet. Take it one step at a time, and we will find a way to manage this safely.

I agree that there is no absolute cure to remove arthritis, but physiotherapy and proper medication make a huge difference in managing the pain.

Please don't make the mistake I did by ignoring early joint pain, thinking it would go away on its own. Arthritis cannot be completely removed, but starting treatment early prevents permanent joint damage. Go get a proper checkup from a rheumatologist right now before the damage increases.
