If the pain is just simple gas or heaviness after a heavy meal, sometimes a little warm water with a teaspoon of ACV helps digest things. But if it is a sharp pain or happens regularly, don't rely on this. Normal warm water or basic pudina leaves are much safer and cost-free options.
For mild bloating it definitely works like a charm sometimes! Just make sure you always dilute it in a big glass of warm water, never have it straight. 👍 But yes, if your tummy still hurts, please rest and see a doctor! 😊
I had terrible stomach pain last week and thought of trying ACV. Honestly, it made my acidity way worse and my stomach started burning like crazy. I had to go to the clinic and the doctor told me to strictly avoid vinegar when the stomach lining is already irritated.
Haan na, stomach aches are so irritating, nothing feels good. Actually, direct ACV is very acidic and might hurt the inner lining if you already have acidity. Better to try simple buttermilk with cumin powder first, ho na.

In our days, we always used simple ginger or ajwain water for stomach aches, which is much gentler. This apple cider vinegar trend is very new and can be quite harsh on an empty stomach. Take some simple warm water with a pinch of black salt and rest, you will feel better soon.
