Can apple cider vinegar help psoriasis?

My brother has been struggling with psoriasis patches on his skin for years, and we've tried many treatments. Someone told him that applying apple cider vinegar could help. Can apple cider vinegar actually help with psoriasis symptoms?

Honestly, psoriasis treatments like specialized creams and doctor visits are already so expensive. I wouldn't waste money buying premium ACV thinking it is a magic cure. It is better to save that budget for proper dermatologist consultations and the skin tests they actually recommend.

Haan na, treating skin issues is so tricky. I heard some people try diluted ACV, but if you apply it directly it can burn so badly. It is better to ask a doctor first before putting anything on flared-up skin, ho na.

I tried using diluted apple cider vinegar on my mild scalp psoriasis last year because someone suggested it. For me, it actually made the itching and redness much worse, so I stopped immediately. Now I strictly stick to what my skin specialist prescribes.

I was reading about this online and got so confused, is it even safe to use? My patches are already so red and raw, and I am terrified that applying vinegar will make it flare up even more. Has anyone actually tried this and regretted it, or did it help?

Look boss, don't experiment with household vinegar on a serious autoimmune condition like psoriasis. It might burn your skin and make the infection worse. Just go to a proper skin specialist and get the right ointment.
