Can apple cider vinegar get rid of dandruff?

I've been dealing with persistent dandruff for ages, and nothing seems to work. Someone suggested trying apple cider vinegar as a natural remedy. Can apple cider vinegar actually get rid of dandruff completely?

I tried using diluted ACV for my dandruff because of scalp buildup from PCOS. It helped slightly with the itchiness, but please be very careful as it can dry out your hair if you use too much. Use it with caution.

Actually yaar, it works really well! I use diluted ACV as a last rinse after shampooing and my scalp feels super clean. Just make sure you don't use it direct, otherwise it will burn like crazy.

Yes, the acidity of ACV can help balance the scalp's pH, which reduces dandruff-causing yeast. Just mix equal parts of water and ACV, spray it on your scalp before a shower, and maintain a clean diet to help your skin stay healthy.

I feel like I'm putting salad dressing on my head when I use ACV, but honestly, it really helps with the dandruff itch! Just wash it off thoroughly so you don't walk around smelling like a bowl of noodles.

In our time, we used sour curd or lemon for dandruff. Apple cider vinegar works on the same principle of acidity. It is a time-tested way to keep the scalp clean, just don't do it daily.
