Can anyone have a heart attack?

My brother-in-law, who is quite fit, recently had a heart attack out of nowhere. It made me quite concerned about my own health. Can anyone have a heart attack, even if they seem healthy?

Actually yes, anyone can face this regardless of age now. My doctor told me that blockages build up silently over years. Get your lipid profile and annual checkups done regularly, that is the only way to catch risk factors early.

Haan babu, aaj kal toh kisi ko bhi ho sakta hai. Hamare pados me ek bhala changa ladka tha, usko bhi ho gaya. Isliye kehte hain sharir ka dhyan rakhna sabse badi poonji hai, halke me mat lo.

Yes, high stress and poor lifestyle can trigger it in almost anyone. I always suggest practicing daily Pranayama and slow breathing to keep the heart rate and blood pressure calm. It really helped me manage my anxiety and cardiovascular health.

Bilkul sahi baat hai, silent symptoms are very common nowadays. Please remember if someone is having severe chest pain, left arm pain, or heavy sweating, don't wait for home remedies. Immediately go to the nearest emergency hospital.

Honestly, this thought scares me because I absolutely love my street food and biryani! But yes, anyone can get it if we keep abusing our body with junk. I've started cutting down on deep-fried stuff, balancing cravings with healthy meals.

Yes, even seemingly fit people can have underlying issues. That is why I always tell people to get a basic medical clearance first. Once the doctor says it is safe, starting with daily 45 minutes of brisk walking is amazing for heart health.
