Bro, definitely yes. Every single time I have an important presentation or interview, my stomach goes for a toss and I get crazy cramps. It's like my anxiety directly hits my gut and I end up running to the washroom. It's totally a thing, don't worry too much.

Yes, absolutely, our gut is like our second brain and react very quickly to stress. I have replied to many people on this forum dealing with IBS and stomach cramps during stressful times. Try drinking some warm ginger tea, but if the pain is severe or doesn't go away, please check with your doctor.

I completely understand how worrying this is, especially when you start thinking the stomach pain is some major illness. I used to obsess over every little ache, which actually made my stomach hurt even more because of the stress. Trust me, our mind plays huge tricks on our digestion, so try to soothe yourself first.

Haan, anxiety absolutely causes stomach aches and acidity. The gut-brain connection is very real, so try to practice some calm breathing.

Your gut and brain are highly connected, so anxiety can easily cause abdominal tightness and cramps. I always notice my digestion gets sluggish when I'm stressed, even if my diet and workouts are perfect. Try eating light, easily digestible home-cooked meals and do some light walking to release the abdominal tension.

I literally just got over this last week! I was having terrible lower belly pain due to work stress, and I was so scared it was something bad. My doc did a quick scan, said everything is normal, and told me it was just stress-induced spasms. Taking some time off and eating simple khichdi really helped me recover.

People online will tell you to drink various herb juices for stomach pain, but don't blindly trust these internet remedies. While anxiety is a known cause for stomach cramps, only a doctor can tell you if it's actually stress or something like an ulcer or infection. Please get it diagnosed properly.

Look, stress and anxiety release cortisol which literally messes up your digestive tract, leading to cramps and bloating. It's extremely common in high-stress corporate jobs. Fix your stress levels, eat light, and if it still persists, just get a quick checkup to rule out any infection.
