Can angina kill you in your sleep?

My mother has angina and sometimes she has chest discomfort at night. I keep getting worried, especially after hearing about people passing away in their sleep. Can angina actually be fatal during sleep?

This is a serious doubt, yaar. If you or someone close is feeling any chest tightness or discomfort, please don't wait and get it checked by a doctor immediately.

At 46, every sudden chest ache in the middle of the night feels like a final call, honestly! But seriously, angina is our body's way of screaming that the heart needs attention. Please see a cardiologist for peace of mind, so you can actually sleep without overthinking.

Beta, my cousin had severe angina issues for years and we used to stay so worried about this. With proper medicines and regular heart checkups, he is absolutely fine today. Don't let fear keep you awake, just consult a good doctor and follow their advice strictly.

I know how terrifying this thought is, mere bhai. I used to drink ginger tea and try acupressure whenever my chest felt heavy, thinking it was just acidity. But when it's angina, you need a doctor to evaluate the risk, not home remedies. Get a proper clinical checkup done to sleep peacefully.

I always drink warm garlic water and do light walk for mild gas chest pain, but true angina is not something to treat at home. If there is actual block or pain, home remedies won't save you. Please show a cardiologist immediately and get an ECG done.

Why ask online about such life-threatening doubts? People will give random advice here, but only a proper doctor and a lipid profile test can tell you what is really happening. Go see a specialist before you make yourself more anxious reading internet articles.

As someone managing high BP for ten years, I can tell you that ignoring chest pressure is very risky. Uncontrolled heart issues can lead to emergencies anytime, even when you sleep. Regular checkups, checking your BP daily, and taking prescribed pills is the only way to stay safe.
