Can anemia cause kidney problems?

Anemia has been a part of my life for a few years now, and lately, my reports show some minor fluctuations in kidney function tests. I'm trying to understand if my long-term anemia could be contributing to kidney problems, ya phir yeh alag hai?

It is honestly so scary when you start reading about how anemia and kidneys are connected, I went through a phase where I couldn't sleep thinking about this. Actually, kidney problems often cause anemia, rather than the other way around. Please don't stress yourself out too much, just talk to a doctor and get your kidney function and blood levels tested.

Generally, kidney damage leads to lower red blood cells because the kidneys make the hormone that signals bone marrow to make them. If you're vegetarian, make sure you're getting enough B12 and iron through beetroot, spinach, and lentils, but do get a proper renal profile test first before changing your diet too drastically.

Haan na, actually kidney and anemia ka link bohot strong hota hai. Agar kidney barabar filter nahi karegi toh blood count drop hota hai. Tu jyada tension mat le, ek baar doctor ko dikha ke KFT test karwa le na, sab clear ho jayega.

Healthy kidneys are essential for maintaining good blood count in the body. If you have chronic anemia, it's always wise to check kidney health too. Keep your body hydrated and try practicing mild twists and breathing exercises to support internal organ health, along with doctor's guidance.

Dude, I read about this in my bio class, it's actually the opposite! Kidney issues usually make your RBC count drop, which causes anemia. If you are worried, just go to a local lab and get a creatinine and CBC test done, it takes like 5 minutes.
