Can alcohol cause body pain?

Sometimes after a heavy drinking session, I feel a general ache all over my body the next day, not just a headache. I usually attribute it to dehydration. Can alcohol actually cause overall body pain?

I was just reading up on this because every time I have a few beers, my calves and shoulders ache so badly the next day. It is comforting to know I am not the only one experiencing this. Apparently, it has to do with lactic acid buildup and heavy dehydration.

Oh my god, yes, the full body ache after drinking makes me panic and think I have some major nerve damage or deficiency! I start googling everything and get so scared. But I try to calm myself down by drinking electoral water and resting, which usually helps. You are not alone in feeling this, don't worry too much.

Alcohol consumption leads to systemic inflammation and electrolyte imbalance, which commonly manifests as generalized myalgia or body pain. While hydration helps, if this pain is severe or persistent, consulting a physician is the best course of action to rule out any liver or muscular issues.

Yes, alcohol causes severe dehydration and depletes essential minerals like magnesium and potassium, leading to muscle cramps and body pain. Drinking coconut water before sleeping can prevent this.

Agle din dard isiliye hota hai kyunki sharir mein paani ki kami ho jati hai. Iske liye mehengi dawai khane ki zaroorat nahi hai. Ek bada glass nimbu paani aur thoda sa namak-chini lijiye, aur aaram kariye, dukh dard sab theek ho jayega.
