Can acid reflux cause arm pain?

I've been diagnosed with GERD, and recently my left arm has started aching quite a bit. My mother had heart issues, so I'm a little anxious about unusual pains. Can acid reflux cause arm pain, or should I be worried about my heart?

In my years, I have felt all kinds of body aches. Sometimes, severe acid reflux can radiate pain up to your shoulders and neck, which can feel like arm pain. However, since arm pain can also be a heart sign, you must be careful.

Bro, if your arm is hurting along with a burning stomach, don't just blame the spicy biryani! While weird nerve connections can make acid feel like arm pain, it's also a major heart symptom. Skip the home remedies and run to a clinic just in case.

While acid reflux can sometimes cause radiating discomfort, arm pain is also a classic warning sign of a heart issue. Please don't take any chances and get it checked by a doctor right away to be safe.

I once brushed off left arm pain and upper belly tightness as 'just acidity' and ended up having a serious cardiac scare. Please do not ignore left arm pain if it comes with sweating or shortness of breath. Go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Acid reflux usually causes a burning chest, but if that pain is shooting down your arm, that is not a typical symptom of simple indigestion. Please consult a doctor immediately to check your heart health before trying any dietary adjustments.
