Can abdominal pain be a sign of heart attack?

My mother had a heart attack last year, and I sometimes get sharp pains in my stomach or upper abdomen. I'm worried because I've heard heart issues can sometimes present differently in women. Can abdominal pain be a sign of a heart attack?

Actually, yes yaar, it can be. Especially if the pain is in the upper abdomen and feels like severe pressure rather than just a normal stomach ache. It can be super confusing, but don't take it lightly if it feels different.

Bro, my stomach usually hurts from eating 3 plates of chole bhature, but jokes aside, upper stomach pain can weirdly be a heart issue. If you feel like an elephant is sitting on your chest too, that's definitely not gas. Go see a doctor fast!

At my age, every little ache makes me wonder if my time has come! But seriously, upper abdominal pain, especially with sweating or breathlessness, can be a sign of a heart attack. Don't sit around drinking eno, get it checked immediately.

It is always better to be safe than sorry with chest or upper abdominal pain. If there is even a small chance it is heart-related, self-diagnosing at home is too risky. Pls go to the nearest clinic and get an ECG done to rule out anything dangerous.

While regular breathing exercises help with general digestion and calm the nervous system, sudden and severe abdominal pain should never be treated with just yoga. If you feel tightness along with the pain, please rest quietly and have someone take you to a doctor immediately.

Haan beta, humare yahan ek padosi ko aisa hi laga ki gas ka dard hai, par baad mein pata chala heart problem thi. Agar dard bahut tezz hai aur ghabrahat ho rahi hai, toh turant hospital jao. Bilkul deri mat karna.

I can't give medical advice, but my uncle had severe upper stomach discomfort and heavy sweating, which we thought was indigestion. When we took him to the hospital, the doctors told us it was actually a mild heart attack. We were so glad we didn't wait.

Agree with everyone here. If the pain spreads to your jaw or left arm, do not wait and call an ambulance immediately.

Usually, we gym folks think stomach pain is just a bad core workout or digestion from high protein, but cardiac issues can present as upper abdominal pain. If you also feel unusually winded or dizzy, stop whatever you are doing and seek medical attention.

I had a massive scare last year because I ignored what I thought was bad acidity in my upper belly. It turned out to be a blockage, and things got very complicated because I delayed going to the clinic. Please go to an emergency room right away if you feel unusual pain.
