Can a rash be a sign of cancer?

I've had this persistent rash on my arm for a few weeks now, and it doesn't seem to go away with regular creams. My friend, after seeing it, suggested I get it checked properly. I saw something online about rashes being a possible sign of something serious like cancer, and now I'm really worried. Is that actually true?

I had a very weird, stubborn red rash last year and immediately thought of the worst things. When I finally showed it to a doctor, it just turned out to be a simple contact allergy from a new soap. It's always best to just let a doctor examine it.

Hey, don't stress too much, yaar! 99% of the time, a rash is just your skin reacting to dust, soap, or some food. Don't jump to extreme conclusions like cancer. Just visit a local skin doctor and get a simple cream, you'll be fine!

Listen, don't start panicking and googling things, okay? Rashes are almost always due to simple things like allergies, heat, or mild infections. Take a deep breath, keep the skin clean, and let a dermatologist look at it to put your mind at ease.

Honestly, if you search on Google, even a sneeze looks like a terminal illness. I am barely surviving on three hours of sleep, but even I know a rash is usually just some allergy or heat. Go to a doctor and stop self-diagnosing at 2 AM like I do.

I actually went through a massive scare recently with a persistent rash on my arm. After a couple of tests, it turned out to be just eczema triggered by stress. Please don't assume the worst; go see a dermatologist and get it diagnosed properly.
