Can a prolapse cause back and hip pain?

I've been dealing with a uterine prolapse for a while now, and recently, I've also started having persistent lower back and hip pain. I'm wondering if these two issues are related, as the pain seems to have gotten worse since the prolapse progressed. Can a prolapse directly cause discomfort or pain in the back and hip regions?

Yes, a prolapse can definitely cause a heavy pulling feeling that leads to lower back and hip pain. Gentle warm water baths can give temporary relief to the aching muscles, but you must visit a doctor for a proper examination.

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai. Because the pelvic organs are not in their proper place, it puts pressure on your lower back and hip nerves. Don't keep suffering at home, just go to a gynecologist and get it treated.

From what I have seen in my family, uterine prolapse often manifests as chronic lower backache and hip stiffness. It is nothing to be embarrassed about, beta. Go to a good hospital and get the proper support or treatment needed.

Yes, a prolapse shifts your pelvic alignment, which forces your lower back and hip muscles to overcompensate, causing chronic pain. Once your doctor treats the prolapse, working with a physical therapist on pelvic floor strength will help a lot.

Yes, it is very common for pelvic organ prolapse to cause dull, aching pain in the back and hips. My mother had this issue and traditional herbal oils did not help much. She got complete relief only after consulting a proper gynecologist.

Honestly, the dragging feeling in the pelvis along with back and hip pain has kept me awake for nights. It is like your internal organs are constantly pulling down. Please go see a doctor, because ignoring it only means more sleepless nights.
