Can a pinched nerve cause nausea and vomiting?

I've been dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder pain, which my physio said is due to a pinched nerve. Off late, I've also been feeling quite nauseous and had a bout of vomiting. Could my nerve issue be causing these stomach problems too, or should I be looking at other reasons?

I know how stressful body pain can be, and severe pain can definitely make you feel nauseous. But I wouldn't assume it is just the nerve. It is much safer to talk to a doctor to find out why you are vomiting.

I manage my diabetes very carefully and know that severe pain can sometimes mess with your stomach and cause nausea. But if you are actually vomiting, it could be a sign of something else. Please get your vitals and blood sugar checked by a professional.

In my sixty years, I have seen that extreme nerve pain, especially in the neck or head, can cause terrible dizziness and nausea. Don't suffer in silence, beta. Go to a doctor and they will give you something to calm your stomach and the pain.

Arey, when pain becomes too much to bear, our stomach also gets upset and we feel like throwing up. Aap thoda aaram kariye aur jyada pareshan mat hoiye. Par ek baar doctor sahab ko dikha lijiye, woh sahi dawai de denge.

If the nerve pain is so bad that it is making you throw up, your body is definitely throwing a massive tantrum! Severe pain can trigger nausea, but vomiting means you should stop being a hero and head to a doctor clinic right now.
