Can a person have both sinus and migraine?

I often get these severe headaches, and sometimes it feels like sinus pressure, but other times it's a throbbing migraine. My family doc said it could be both, so I wanted to ask if a person can actually suffer from both sinus issues and migraines.

You definitely can have both, and it is a nightmare during work hours. I used to waste days trying random balms till an ENT specialist diagnosed my sinus and a neurologist confirmed migraine triggers. Don't self-diagnose, just book a quick consult with a good specialist.

Dealing with PCOS makes my hormone fluctuations trigger horrible migraines, and my seasonal sinus issues only make it worse. I am not an expert, but they can definitely overlap. Try tracking your triggers and definitely speak with a doctor to find the right treatment plan.

Haan bilkul, dono ek saath ho sakte hain aur dimaag kharab ho jata hai thoda. Log aksar sinus bolke migraine pain tolerate karte rehte hain, par actually dono alag hain na. Steam le lo thoda time pass ke liye par doctor ko dikhana best rahega.

Absolutely, both can coexist and block your vital energy pathways. Practicing Jal Neti under expert guidance helped clear my sinus passages, and daily Anulom Vilom significantly reduced my migraine attacks. Keep your body relaxed and see a doctor to check the root cause.

Yes, my dear, it is actually quite common to have both, and often one triggers the other. Use a steam inhaler for temporary sinus relief and keep your room dark when the migraine hits. But please consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
