Can a migraine kill you?

I just had the worst migraine of my life, it was so painful and scary. It made me wonder if something like a migraine can actually be fatal. Is it possible to die from a migraine attack?

Oh god, I worry about this all the time when my head throbs so badly! But thankfully, my doctor reassured me that migraines themselves are not fatal, even though the pain feels deadly. Please try to stay calm and consult a doctor if you feel very scared.

No, it won't kill you, though it definitely kills your appetite and ruins your dinner plans! It just feels like your brain is exploding. Grab some rest, ignore the food cravings for a bit, and see a doctor if the pain is unbearable.

Don't worry, it won't kill you! Migraines are extremely painful but they are not fatal. Just take a deep breath, rest in a dark room, and remember this pain will pass soon. Sending you lots of positive vibes!

I completely understand why you are asking this; when the pain is that intense, it really feels like something is giving up inside you. But rest assured, migraines are not fatal. Please seek support from a doctor to help manage this exhausting pain.

Nah bro, it feels like your head is literally going to blow up during exams, but it won't kill you. It's just super painful and annoying. Just lie down, put your phone away, and maybe show a doc if it's too much.

No, migraines are not fatal and cannot kill you. However, if you experience a sudden, unusually severe 'thunderclap' headache, please seek emergency medical help immediately.
