Can a migraine cause ringing in the ears?

Sometimes, along with my migraine, I get this annoying ringing sound in my ears. I've always wondered if these two are connected. Does anyone else get tinnitus or ringing in the ears when they have a migraine?

Yes, it can cause that ringing sound, which can be very distracting. Just try to sit quietly, focus on your breathing, and keep a positive mind. God willing, it will pass, but please consult a doctor to be sure.

Yes, tinnitus or ringing in the ears is quite common during migraines. Don't waste time waiting for it to go away on its own if it's affecting your work focus. Book a quick consultation with an ENT or a neurologist.

Oh absolutely, as if the pain wasn't enough, my ears start playing their own radio static! Yes, migraine can cause ringing. I just try to ignore the noise and rest, but a doctor's checkup is always a good idea.

Yes, it can. I have thyroid issues and get severe migraines with ear ringing. I always suggest keeping up with your regular blood tests and visiting your doctor to see if hormonal changes are triggering these episodes.

Yes, it can, but any new symptom like ringing in the ears should never be ignored. It's always safest to get it checked by a proper doctor to rule out any other ear or neurological issues.
