Can a massage dislodge a kidney stone?

I've been suffering from kidney stones, and the pain is sometimes unbearable. My friend told me that a strong massage might help dislodge them and provide relief. Is there any truth to this, or could it be risky?

A standard body massage cannot dislodge a kidney stone from the inside. Instead of that, focus on drinking plenty of water and including fresh lemon water in your daily diet to help flush it out naturally.

I highly doubt a massage can help move a kidney stone safely. Managing health issues has taught me that we shouldn't rely on physical manipulation for internal conditions, so please check with a doctor.

Haan na, massage se stone kaise niklega? Aisa bilkul mat koshish karna, damage ho sakta hai. Pain badh gaya toh seedhe doctor ke paas jaana sabse best hai.

No, a massage won't dislodge it and might actually worsen the pain if not done carefully. The only practical way is drinking lots of water and taking the medication prescribed by your doctor.

Nahi haan, massage se kidney stone nahi nikalta bhai. फालतू mein back pain aur badh jayega. Paani khoob piyo aur doctor ko dikha lo na.

Haha, I wish a relaxing spa massage could cure kidney stones! But unfortunately, our bodies are not that simple. Better to drink 3 liters of water daily and keep your urologist's number handy.

No, a massage won't dislodge a kidney stone. My grandfather used to recommend some herbal pastes for pain, but modern medicine is clear that only proper hydration or medical procedures can safely clear stones.
