Can a man have a thyroid problem?

My wife has been telling me I seem tired all the time and have gained some weight lately. She has thyroid issues herself and asked me to get tested. But I always thought thyroid problems only happen to women, so can a man also have them?

Oh yes, men absolutely get thyroid issues. I was gaining weight like crazy despite my regular butter chicken cravings, and it turned out to be hypothyroidism. Getting my thyroid checked made a huge difference!

Yes, men definitely get thyroid problems. My uncle used to say we should eat more seafood, but actually, the best path is to get a simple TSH blood test and follow the doctor's prescription carefully.

Yes, men can suffer from both hypo and hyperthyroidism. Along with daily medication, adding whole grains and avoiding processed foods can really support thyroid health, though proper medical monitoring is must.

Yes, they can! It is a super common issue and totally manageable with a tiny pill every morning. Just get a quick blood test done and don't worry at all! 😊

Yes, men face this too. While drinking coriander seed water in the morning can help with general metabolism, please make sure you see a proper doctor for blood tests and regular treatment.

Yes, men get thyroid problems quite often. The most practical thing is to go to any standard lab, get a thyroid profile test done, and show it to a general physician. The treatment is very simple and budget-friendly.

Yes, men do get it and it can sometimes affect your blood pressure and heart rate too. Just like I monitor my BP regularly, getting regular thyroid profile tests is very important for overall health.

Absolutely. I thought my constant tiredness and hair loss was just because of my stressful job, but turns out my thyroid was acting up. Now I start my day with a pill instead of chai!

Yes, hormone issues don't just happen to women, men get them too. I deal with PCOS so I know how exhausting hormonal imbalances are. It is best to consult an endocrinologist for a proper diagnosis.

Yes, men get thyroid issues which can mess up metabolism and energy levels. If your doctor permits, starting a daily 45-minute brisk walk and some light strength training can really help manage weight.

Yes, my husband had thyroid issues and we tried various home remedies but honestly, nothing works like the actual medicine prescribed by an endocrinologist. Don't delay the checkup.
