If you or someone else is vomiting and also sweating, feeling dizzy, or has chest pain, please rush to the hospital immediately. Don't wait to see if it passes!

Do not trust anyone online telling you to take antacids or home remedies if you are vomiting and suspect a heart issue. Vomiting is a documented medical symptom of an ongoing heart attack. Go to a hospital and get a proper ECG and cardiac enzyme test done by a qualified doctor instead of wasting time on the internet.
