Can a diabetic drink orange juice everyday?

My family always tells me orange juice is good for health, full of Vitamin C. I have diabetes, and I've been drinking a small glass every morning. Is it okay for a diabetic person to drink orange juice daily like this, or should I stop?

Eating fresh fruits in their natural form is always better for the body than drinking their juice, which loses all the fiber. Stay positive and try to eat whole oranges instead of daily juice. Take care of your health, it is your greatest wealth.

I used to think orange juice is healthy and drank it often, but my sugar levels shot up so much. Does anyone else get anxious seeing sudden spikes from seemingly healthy things? It makes me so scared to eat or drink anything fruit-based now.

My grandmother always said that whole fruits are better because juicing removes the pulp which helps control sugar absorption. Our doctor also strongly advised against daily orange juice as it can cause sudden spikes. Please check with your physician.

Nahi yaar, daily orange juice peena sahi nahi hai na. Usme fiber bilkul nahi hota aur natural sugar bohot jaldi digest ho jati hai, jisse blood sugar spike ho jayega. Isse accha hai aap poora orange hi kha lo.

Managing endocrine issues like thyroid and diabetes requires keeping a close eye on your daily diet. Liquid sugars like orange juice can mess up your metabolic balance if taken daily. Get your HbA1c checked regularly and discuss safe fruit portions with your doctor.

No, drinking orange juice daily is not recommended for diabetics as it lack fiber and spikes blood sugar. Eat whole oranges instead.

With insulin resistance in PCOS, I have to be very careful with fruit juices because they cause rapid glucose spikes. Since diabetes is similar, daily orange juice might not be the best idea. It's safer to stick to eating a whole orange occasionally.
