Can a deviated septum cause sleep apnea?

My snoring has become really bad, and my wife is complaining a lot that I stop breathing sometimes. Doc suggested I might have sleep apnea, and I also know I have a slightly deviated septum from an old injury. Could these two issues be connected?

Haan, iski wajah se breathing issues toh hote hain na jo sleep apnea ko badha sakte hain. Nose block hone se raat ko chain se soya nahi jata. Doctor se milkar iska clear solution nikalna chahiye.

Honestly, please don't ignore this. I used to think my heavy snoring and constant tiredness was normal till things got really bad. A block in your nasal airway is serious, so get a proper sleep study done soon before it ruins your health.

Sidhi baat hai, agar naak ki bone tedi hai toh hawa thik se andar nahi jayegi. Raat ko saans lene mein takleef hogi hi. Isme bina baat socho mat, seedha doctor ke paas jao aur checkup karwao.

It can definitely make breathing harder at night, which might worsen your sleep quality. Please don't worry or try to guess the issue yourself. It is always better to get an ENT specialist to check your nasal passage so you can get peaceful sleep again.

Breathing problems can affect your oxygen levels and indirectly mess up your body's stress levels. Since I manage my sugar, I know how crucial proper rest is for our metabolism. Better to consult a doctor and check if a physical block is causing sleep issues.
