Oh God, cold ke saath achanak vomiting shuru ho toh sach me darr lagta hai ki koi badi bimari toh nahi. I totally understand how scaring this feels. Par actual me ye mucus swallow karne se standard gastric irritation hi hoti hai, simple remedies se manage ho jayega, tension mat lo.

Haan, bilkul hota hai aisa severe post-nasal drip ki wajah se, jab heavy cough stomach me jata hai. Main bhi isse guzar chuki hoon, isme thoda lime juice ya ginger tea thodi thodi der me peete rehna chahiye stomach settle karne ke liye.
