Can a chiropractor help with shoulder pain?

My left shoulder has been aching terribly, especially after lifting heavy things at work. My nephew suggested I see a chiropractor, but I'm not sure if they can help with shoulder issues. Does chiropractic treatment actually work for shoulder pain?

I panicked so much when my shoulder started aching badly, thinking it was some major bone issue. But it turned out to be just a minor muscle strain and poor posture. A chiropractor adjusted my neck and shoulder, and honestly, the relief was almost instant.

If it is a posture or alignment issue from sitting at a desk all day, a chiropractor can definitely fix it. Just make sure you go to a reputable clinic, not some random guy. If the pain is from a gym injury or torn ligament, better see an ortho doctor.

My son developed bad shoulder pain because of carrying a heavy college bag and sitting poorly. We took him to a physiotherapist and a chiro, and their combined sessions really helped. Just ensure they do a proper evaluation before starting any physical adjustments.

Haan yaar, shoulder pain mein chiro help toh karta hai. Mere colleague ko frozen shoulder ki problem thi, unhe kafi relief mila. Par haan, pehle check kar lena ki koi fracture ya major tear na ho, varna problem badh jayegi.

I have thyroid issues and that often causes joint and muscle stiffness, including in my shoulders. Sometimes it is not just a structural issue but hormonal. Please get your basic blood tests done and consult a general doctor along with exploring chiropractic options.
