Can a chiropractor help with hip pain?

My hip has been bothering me for a few months now, especially after long walks or playing sports. I'm trying to avoid surgery if possible, so exploring other treatments. Can a chiropractor help with hip pain?

For mild hip pain, gentle hot fermentation and light stretching at home can bring good relief. A chiropractor can help if the pain is due to minor pelvic misalignment, but please see an orthopedic doctor first to ensure there is no serious bone or joint issue.

Please don't delay getting a proper diagnosis. I ignored my nagging hip pain thinking a few stretches or adjustments would solve it, only to find out later I had deep joint wear that needed medical treatment. Go get a proper clinical checkup first.

My elders always suggest traditional oil massages for hip stiffness, but we must trust scientific diagnosis. If a qualified doctor diagnoses your hip pain as a nerve pinch, a chiropractor might help, but let the doctor make that decision first.

Yes, they can help if your hip pain is due to a misaligned pelvis or lower back issues. But don't just walk into any random clinic. Make sure they are a certified professional and check if they require an X-ray before touching your hip.

Bhai, humare yahan toh log ise nassa ka dabna bolte hain. Chiropractor thoda aaram de sakta hai nassa kholne me, par aap pehle bade sarkari hospital me jakar daktar saheb se xray karwayen, fir hi koi faisla lein.

I had severe hip pain due to a pelvic tilt, and a chiropractor actually fixed it in four sessions. However, the key is doing the core and glute exercises they prescribe afterward, otherwise the pain will come back. Make sure they are certified.
