Are you born with type 1 or type 2 diabetes?

My blood sugar levels have been a bit high lately, and my doctor warned me about diabetes. I'm confused about the different types, so I was curious if Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes are conditions that people are born with.

Haan na, people often get confused about this! Actually you are not born with either of them, but genes ka impact hota hai ho na. Type 1 happens early when the body stops making insulin, and Type 2 is more about lifestyle which develops slowly.

Nope, you aren't born with it! Type 1 is an immune thing that pops up in childhood, and Type 2 usually comes later with lifestyle changes 🏃‍♀️. Keep smiling and eating healthy, and your body will thank you!

Honestly, I panicked like crazy when my doctor first mentioned diabetes risk, thinking I was doomed from birth. But it's not like that. Type 2 is very common and completely manageable once you fix your food habits and start moving. Don't worry, you can handle this!

No, you are not born with active diabetes, though genetic risk is inherited. Because both types of diabetes require careful medical supervision and can lead to severe health issues if unmonitored, you should get your blood sugar levels evaluated by a qualified doctor.

You are not born with it, it develops later. For managing mild blood sugar, having methi seeds or jamun seed powder ghar pe helps a lot. But remember, if you feel excessive thirst or fatigue, please go and consult a doctor immediately.
