Are walnuts good for your liver?

For better health, I've been trying to improve my overall diet. I often hear about different foods being good for various organs. I was wondering if walnuts specifically have benefits for liver health?

Honestly, they have healthy fats which are supposedly great for fatty liver. I try to eat a few so I can feel less guilty about my weekend cheese cravings!

I totally understand worrying about liver health, I also panicked when my LFT reports came back slightly high. Walnuts contain antioxidants that actually help, so you can eat them without worrying.

Walnuts help reduce liver fat, but pairing them with 30 minutes of daily brisk walking is what really makes a difference. Make sure to stay active if your doctor permits.

Yes, they are very good as they contain omega-3 fatty acids which support liver function. Just take a small handful daily.

In our family, we use walnuts regularly for health. But for any specific liver issues, it is always safest to follow whatever diet plan your doctor recommends.
