Are there signs before a heart attack?

My father had a sudden heart attack many years ago, and it makes me quite anxious about my own health as I get older. I always wonder if there are any specific warning signs or symptoms that show up just before a heart attack happens.

Yes, symptoms like chest tightness, pain radiating to the left arm, and unusual breathlessness are common warning signs. If anyone feels these, the most practical solution is to immediately go to a hospital with an emergency ward instead of waiting at home.

My uncle had one last year and before that, he kept complaining of weird indigestion and sweating even in an AC room. It's so scary because we thought it was just gas. Please don't ignore these small signs!

I used to think every chest tightness was acidity and tried drinking ajwain water. But a doctor friend warned me that actual cardiac pain can feel exactly like pressure or burning. If the pain is severe or spreads, home remedies won't work—get to a hospital.

Our bodies usually give us a little trailer before the main movie! Squeezing in the chest, weird arm pain, or sudden cold sweats are major hints. Don't play hero, just get to a clinic and let them check the engine.

My father always tells us to be alert if there is jaw pain or sudden extreme fatigue. While family members might say it is just tiredness, our doctor says these can be early warnings. It is always best to trust medical experts and get an ECG done.

When my colleague had an attack, he felt an unusual heaviness in his chest and jaw a few hours prior. I can only share what we saw, but it convinced me that any sudden, intense chest discomfort deserves a doctor's immediate attention.
